Entry for the Texas State Skills Competition in the Digital Cinema Category 2018.
WE had exactly 24 hours to make a 3-5 minute short film and go through pre to post production following the prompt of “Breaking the Ice.”

Dom and I took second in regionals so we moved on to the state competition in Corpus Christ for this four day competition. We had no help from outside sources and had to complete this in teams of two + do 2 knowledge tests and interviews. We spent about 8 hours filming and I pulled an all nighter to finish the edit while Dom completed our pre production elements. All sound was added in post.
We ultimately placed 13/28 due to us basically winging the test and interview but ooooooooohhhhhh weeeeeellllllll.
Heres to hopefully making it again next year.
